Join Women Photographers Australia and PhotoAccess for an evening celebrating the official launch of the #everydayclimatecrisis Visual Petition. This inspiring new project, initiated by Canberra photographer Hilary Wardhaugh, brings together women and non-binary photographers from across Australia. Together, this collective is creating a passionate visual call for the Australian government take concerted action on climate change.
Held in the beautiful Manuka Arts Centre gardens, the evening includes the premiere screening of selected petition images and a special performance by A Chorus of Women, followed by a thought-provoking panel discussion exploring how photography can join science and activism in creating climate action. Drinks and nibbles provided. Come along and discover how you can contribute your story to this shared demand for action!
