Volunteer Usher

Volunteer ushers will join a fun team to deliver a diverse program of events, learn about the theatre industry, and see some fantastic shows!
The role includes greeting and assisting all patrons attending performances and events at Belco Arts. Assisting with scanning tickets, monitoring traffic into and out of The Theatre and performing other functions designed to assist patrons to have an enjoyable and safe experience.
Requirements:
- Aged 18+ or 16+ with permission from a guardian on all shifts
- Available nights and weekends
- A team player; must work well with others
- Friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
Volunteer spaces are limited and all volunteers are required to hold a free Working with Vulnerable People registration, which is available from Access Canberra.
