Shipping and Item Collection Policy
Items selected for delivery incur shipping costs. These costs will be advised prior to purchase, during the checkout process, and are calculated based on weight and dimensions of the items. All items are sent in protective packaging and are insured against loss or damage during transit. Belconnen Arts Centre Incorporated is not responsible for any damage that occurs to items after they have been received by the purchaser.
Dispatch and delivery times
All items are dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise indicated. Items that are currently being exhibited are available for collection or delivery after the close of the exhibition. Delivery times are dictated by third party carriers; generally metro and major regional deliveries will take between 2-6 working days, but this is subject to change without notice.
Delivery to a post office box
Items can be posted to a post office box that accepts parcels. If delivery to the post office box is not accepted and the items are returned to Belconnen Arts Centre, the purchaser is responsible for paying any subsequent shipping costs required to successfully re-deliver items.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to actions by the purchaser (such as incorrectly entered address or failure to collect parcels within a given timeframe), they are responsible for paying any subsequent shipping costs required to successfully re-deliver items.
