Returns and Refunds Policy
All sales are in Australian Dollars
Refunds are available if requested at least one week (7 days) prior to the commencement of the workshop(s).
Refunds requested within one week (7 days) of the commencement of the workshop(s) are only available in exceptional circumstances and must be supported by documentation (i.e. medical certificate).
No refunds will be given after the commencement of the workshop(s).
Partial refunds are not available if you are unable to attend individual workshops that are part of a workshop series.
These policies apply to workshops designed and delivered by Belco Arts only, and are not applicable to third-party workshops and classes (such as those delivered by venue hirers).
In purchasing items online from Belconnen Arts Centre Incorporated, you acknowledge that the terms of purchase are governed by Australian Consumer Law.
Belconnen Arts Centre Incorporated describes and displays its artworks online as accurately as possible. However, to the extent permissible by law, Belconnen Arts Centre Incorporated is not liable for minor differences between an artwork’s presentation online and the actual artwork. Colours, textures and/or other qualities of artworks may appear different due to variations in computer monitors and other devices. Items are sold online with the purchaser accepting the condition that any minor difference between an artwork’s online representation and the actual artwork is not grounds for a refund.
Belconnen Arts Centre Incorporated will refund purchases if the item is damaged or lost in transit, defective, not the correct item, or if by law you are otherwise entitled to a refund for the purchase. Where appropriate, we will replace damaged items, but given that many artworks are one-of-a-kind, this will not always be possible. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
If you would like a refund, you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as practicable after receiving your item, stating the reason you wish to return it. You may be asked:
• to provide proof of purchase
• for images of the item’s defect or damage
• to cover return postage costs
