Connect Collective: An interview with Craig Wallace
A podcast celebrating the things that bring us together
Craig Wallace is the Head of Policy at the ACT Council of Social Service. He is the past President of the national peak body for disability rights in Australia and is an occasional opinion editorial commentator in ACT and national media including on ABC’s ‘The Drum’. He is passionate about disability rights and disability pride and campaigns on a range of issues including housing, the NDIS, abuse and neglect issues and social justice for vulnerable and disadvantaged people.
He is also tragically devoted to 1970’s television science fiction including as a dedicated lifelong fan of the BBC Television Series Doctor Who. He’s been a regular viewer of show since the 1970’s, have cosplayed at conventions and is part of the fan club here in Canberra.
